Perfect! Very recommend. Stylish new renovation and new furniture. Impeccable cleanliness and comfort. The apartment has everything needed for a relaxing stay. It is conveniently located close to the sea, the city center, a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, and more. From there, you can easily reach the main attractions along the entire coast. We would also like to add that the apartment owner Marco is very responsible, kind, and attentive; he is always available and ready to help his guests. If we ever visit Sardinia again, we will definitely stay at these apartments once more. Thank you very much, Marco! We are very happy! Everything was amazing!

A very nice stay (would have been even better during a warmer season)
Very good appartment on the Emerald Coast, part of a lovely and well-kept condo. Nice balcony sheltered from the wind (but also not much sun at the time we visited). Nice decorations and comfortable bedding. Good starting point to easily reach beautiful beaches of the region. Enough space for 4 people. Even though we didn't meet the host, he was very responsive and helpful on Whatsapp.
As we went off season, the heating (AC) was not sufficient for the colder March evenings. An eletric kettle would be a nice-to-have item that we missed. The trash schedule with individual bins for each appartments to be put out in front of the residence is difficult to conform to if you're staying for a couple of nights only so we ended up taking out own trash with us.

Schöne Lage, ruhig und erholsam, gemütliche Einrichtung, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem netten Vermieter, der sehr hilfsbereit ist.
