    Underwhelming

    The view in great. There are many restaurants nearby, and the old city center is walking distance from the apartment.

    First you get an email that the reservation is in the hotel across the road, but when you get there, you are greeted with a closed car park so you have to either park on the side of the road, or at some other hotel with an open parking. Then they take 100€ from you (which we still didn't get back, 24 hours after chech-out) as a guarantee that you won't thrash the room, which I would understand if it was new, but we will get to that. We were in apartment no.1, which has a lakeside view. The walls have zero sound insulation so even with the windows closed, you hear everything. The bathroom has zero practicality, nowhere to put anything. The sofa is probably from the cold war era. The TV had the slowest interface imaginable. The code lock for the front door worked about 20% of the time, so I was very happy that I took the keys with me every time, eventhough the reception told us we didn't need to. The whole apartment has the most amount of, and the most confusing layout of switches I've ever seen. It seems every light is operated by 3 switches, scattered all across the apartment, and the switches are matt black so you don't even see which ones are on or off. The kitchen has no space in the cupboards to put anything. The bathroom hasn't got a lock. The chairs in the kitchen are from one solid piece of plastic. I mean, it's not the cheapest apartment in the area, and it has 4 stars. But be prepared for a budget 2-star experience. Oh and forget about swimming in the lake. It's beautiful to look at, as a view from the window, but when you get close to it, you see that it's Bangladesh-level filthy.

    J'étais dans la petite maison sur le côté avec la fenêtre de chambre qui donne sur la terrasse du voisin.bruyant le soir.
