Smithe House

Smithe House is a fully contactless property. All communication, check-in, and support are handled digitally to give you maximum flexibility and privacy during your stay. After your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a secure link to complete your pre-arrival process. This includes uploading a photo of your government-issued ID and providing key details about your stay. Once completed, your digital check-in instructions will be sent one day prior to arrival. Please note the following important information: Housekeeping: Optional and available on-demand for a nominal fee. Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through our Hospitality Hosts. Parking: Paid parking is available in the alley behind the building. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Suite Variations: Layout, furniture, and décor may vary slightly from photos. Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Damage Deposit: A CAD $500 credit card hold is processed a few days before arrival. It’s released within 7 days of check-out, pending inspection. Guest Requirements: Photo ID and credit card are required for check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No Parties: Hen, stag, or similar group events are not permitted. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Pets should not be left unattended in the apartment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
