The hotel staff were wonderful. And the hotel was wonderful - scores of 9 or 10 in every category. But now I must evaluate Booking.com. My wife has a disability, and it is often difficult to find a suitable room for her. I noticed moments after I booked the room on Booking.com that the room was not accessible by elevator, although the room was listed as accessible. But I could not change the reservation. I would have to emphasize that the hotel staff were wonderful and assisted the best they could after Booking.com proved completely useless, but the hotel staff were not able to view the reservation. After booking the room (which I should have done through the hotel website or via phone), I tried to cancel my reservation. But there was only one option - cancel with no refund. But Booking.com never responded to any of my calls through their customer service number. All I got was a recorded message offering to sell some medical device which I did not want. I could never get a real voice. And Booking.com nearly ruined the whole trip. I had to wait until the morning of leaving before I knew that there was an available room. I will never use Booking.com again. Booking.com is not even giving me a chance to evaluate themselves. (I did have trip insurance, but that proved unhelpful - there was no option to cancel the reservation due to inaccessibility.)
Just one minor comment on the bathroom. The accessible room I got was good, but a little short of excellent. I would expect an accessible bathroom shower to have a horizontal grab bar. But we got by with a bathmat (provided by the hotel) and the vertical grab bar. (The shower floor was slippery when wet.) There was a more accessible restroom in the second-floor common area that my wife often used. There the toilet was higher than the one in the hotel room and there was also a horizontal grab bar next to the toilet.

Pretty location on the water.
Old facility. The rooms have high humidity. They have a dehumidifier in the room, but once it fills it cuts off. It is very uncomfortable sleeping in high humidity. Our clothes came home smelling musty as well as our travel bags. Had to wash everything and wipe down our bag in Lysol.
