    Great Location

    We liked the location and we loved the Guest Services Agent, Vicki. She made sure to keep coffee brewed and hot during our stay. She was professional and personal. She is a wonderful asset to Smokey Mountain Inn & Suites!

    We did not like how dark our room was. The decor was nice, but it did not reflect light. Also, there was no microwave in the room. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was not up to our standards, hair in the shower. The window curtains were wrinkled and there was no sheers to provide privacy while open. The lobby is in dire need of a new couch. The overall esthetic was nice but the faux leather couch was ripped, threadbare, and worn down. This makes guests apprehensive when they walk in.

    I liked the staff. They were friendly, helpful and available. The place was cozy and the hot tub was nice. The price was great.

    The room had a light smell in it.

    There were minor details that could use a fix-me-up, but we enjoyed our 3-day stay.

    I liked the location of the hotel. The swimming pool was our favorite part of the hotel. The hot pool was comforting considering the evening temperatures. The Air conditioning was amazing in the room.

    The room had a moldy smell. The mattress was outdated and springy. There were metal rods sticking out of the bottom of the bed, I'm guessing the rails. The bathroom door was hard to close. The side parking lot looked more abandoned than the front side.
