    Bad Value, Bad Response

    We chose this property to rest for a day and came all the way. Owner instantly messaged us via booking, so we were in contact with eachother. He/She did not care to say there is a huge construction next door. We woke up with Drillers and stone breaking at 8:01 in the morning. There is nothing to do, its ok. But when I ask they first claimed its already written inside elevator?! I used stairs and I will never see it. then she said just because construction they can not stop renting and this is also OK. Just one question; why did owner decide for me? Of course then whole silence.. We left apartment around 09:00 in the morning, noise was unbearable. You tell your customer conditions and they either choose to stay or not. But this is not with good intentions, I am also a business owner and this is not a right way to treat customers.

    Its not about property, its the attitude of owner.
