    Poor staff service let down a good hotel

    The room was a great size and fantastic shower. Location is superb to go into Sneem. Hotel is set in amazing grounds

    My cooked breakfast was served cold and staff didn't seem bothered. My wife got an electric shock from the hairdryer in the room which was reported to reception who seemed uninterested and didn't offer an apology or ask how my wife was.
