    Good stay but location wasn’t great for a ski holiday

    Place we modern, neat and clean as per the photos.

    Location was challenging for us because it was too far to walk with ski gear (800m) to the closest lift and difficult to get a DiDi or Uber. Taxi’s were a bit easier but then they want $26 for a 2min ride due to some regional surcharge they add. We were expecting ski in ski out as this is what the property was advertised as but it definitely is not possible to ski in ski out.

    Amazing stay, great value

    The loft was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We wish there was a tad more sitting/lounging room as there were 6 of us but the space was very large for Japan. The loft is located a very short walking distance from the hirafu shuttle that has GPS tracking so you can monitor the location of the shuttle so you aren't waiting too long. The Niseko shuttle is also located within 5 mins. We had a great stay and would come again!

    Location is a bit far from town if you're walking but definitely doable!

    The location is excellent even though this is our first visit, we can drive easily to everywhere, and just 5-minute driv

    Nice and comfy settings

    That would be better to have thicker curtains to prevent too much brightness in the early morning
