Well the first thing I have to say is that above all the host was very nice. Now with that being said we had 2 hiccups with the property. Unfortunately that's why I couldn't give this place a higher rating. Now I'm sure these things will be taken care of quickly but I had unfortunate luck when I stayed but the host did help and fix one of those things which was the door lock. I was locked out for almost 2 hrs. With all our stuff in the property. Thank God he also owns the property next door where we stayed till the lock was fixed. Great host! Unfortunately the other problem never got fixed or addressed by him after I let him know about it when it happened. The bed broke as we were sleeping on it and sadly we slept on the mattress on the floor for the remainder of the visit.

Aesthetically, the place could use some work but it was clean and the price was reasonable.
Place was clean and beds were comfortable.
Curb appeal for this home is poor. Appears rundown and untended. Inside , all of the doors are old and dirty looking and the blinds and curtains are in need of replacement and ill fitting. That being said, the place was clean and beds were quite comfortable.

Won’t be back.
It was close enough to the beaches
Bed bugs, the lights outside didn’t work, the bench outside was broken and no seating outside, it had a weird smell like moldy or mildew. The toilet paper was 1 ply.
