    Wow stunning place and wonderful people

    Wow what a beautiful place to stay. Surrounded by country side , red kites flying over and so peaceful. We stayed in the shepherds hut but there are other options. The bed was amazingly comfy and it’s so well set up that you don’t need anything else. We took our two dogs and they loved it. The owls hoot of a night and you can hear the wildlife around you. Sarah and Mike are lovely people and they have even taken the time to put together a folder of places to eat , visit and things to do. We had a roast in the railway which was one of the best I’ve ever eaten and had a lovely meal in the castle coaching inn both recommended. Nothing was to much trouble and it’s all ran with nature in mind.
