    Clean, comfortable apartment.

    N/a. The only thing was that on checkout the lock codes are not provided again so i needed to call the office when leaving.

    We contacted the management company the day after checking in to report a very strong, unpleasant odor throughout the apartment. Unfortunately, this issue was never addressed during our stay. In addition, there is a very large dog in the neighboring apartment that barked constantly throughout the night and as early as 5:00am, making it extremely difficult to sleep. The listing photos were also clearly staged and appear photoshopped. They do not accurately reflect the actual condition, wear, and tear of the apartment, which was disappointing and misleading. Most frustrating was the complete lack of communication from the management company. Despite reaching out multiple times, we received no response at all during our stay. The only time they replied was the night before checkout, and that was only after I messaged to say we were leaving a bad review due to the lack of communication and our dissatisfaction. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Poor communication, misleading photos, unresolved issues, and an uncomfortable environment made this stay not worth the price. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

    Home away from home, loved it.

    It had everything I needed and more and the staff were very responsive.

    I would just say that if you are arriving late at night and have been on a long haul flight you need to prepare yourself for the key lock situation , it’s not a criticism it’s just inconvenient when you are tired and maybe staff could number the key locks so I knew which one specifically as it wasn’t 100% clear from the instructions / pictures to me.
