    Photos in the ad give a misleading impression

    We were expecting a balcony and lake view. Also with a spacious living room. The property that was offered to us in its entirety was rebuilt and the upper floor was separated and not accessible.

    My family had an amazing stay at this holiday home!

    Everything! We appreciated the overall comfort and thoughtful design of the property, which made our stay very enjoyable.

    When we arrived at the house, we realized the second set of keys for the upper level was missing, as they hadn’t been left at the pickup point. We contacted the emergency number, and after a short wait, the keys were delivered. While resolved quickly, it was a minor inconvenience, especially given that the booking was for the entire house (both lower and upper levels) to accommodate the required number of rooms.
