    Unexpected event

    Location. Outdoor deck.

    Standard of property.cleanliness not up to standards. Linen looked like not changed.shower old n dirty.difficult to turn on.Cat scratched the child.Cat was annoying scratching door at 1.30am disturbing everyone's sleep.Owner trying to claim old hot tub lid with new one.sending harassing texts.the hot tub is not safety compliance no proper steps. Safety rails with steps to get into the pools...Owner calling complaing about kids playing our family time was upsetting.Felt our holiday was ruined..I would not recommend this property. It needs updating and renovations especially bathroom n toilet Below standard expectations after paying a high cost.Please ask for pictures of shower n toilet when u advertise.

    Amazing lounge and deck area and hot tub was a special touch.

    Just be aware that only one bedroom has air con so can get a little hot in the other two. Fans are provided though.
