An acceptable stay, but the accommodation did not match the photos

Good location and an acceptable stay

The accommodation did not look like the photos. It was not very clean and the furniture was old.

    Disappointment

location of the facility, cleanliness and air conditioning

Our stay definitely didn't meet our expectations. We've traveled halfway around the world and never encountered such behavior. The owner's attitude was a major disappointment. From the start, she was rude, mean, and greedy. We were treated like intruders throughout our stay. Our bikes were a problem for her; she refused to store them and demanded payment. Furthermore, we paid extra for one night, and the owner refused to refund the remaining balance. We had to insist on a refund. The property's amenities are dated. Such people shouldn't be providing accommodations, as they negatively impact our vacation time. We honestly don't recommend this place.
