Nice but not exceeded expectations
The flat is newly refurbished and pretty clean with nice furniture
There is only one Aircon unit, not very powerful, and it's in the living room. The bedroom even with a fan was way too hot and we ended up sleeping on the couch. The bathtub could have been cleaned better and the drain was very slow

Not for light sleepers.
Great location, particularly for nights out as the ruins bar and nightclubs are about 5 - 10 minutes walk away. The main sights such as St Stephen’s Basilica and the chain bridge can be walked to in less than half hour. Lovely apartment inside.
Incredibly noisy building - the flat is right next to the building’s stone staircase so you hear every step someone takes. The next door neighbour was incredibly loud, we could even hear him blowing his nose and coughing!! We were kept awake by the noise much of the time which included late at night and early in the morning. The heater in the bedroom is also incredibly noisy (almost like a hoover) and has LED lights that light up the whole bedroom, even when off. If you’re a light sleeper, I would strongly recommend an eye mask and ear plugs. There was also one towel each for 4 nights, which just simply isn’t enough - you have to pay for more if you want them which I think is entirely unreasonable. There was no extra towel for your hair and one small cloth to dry your hands. We were also only given 1 and a half toilet rolls for the stay (the previous guests obviously started one and it was left) which meant we had to buy our own towards the end. I would expect adequate supplies for a 4 night stay.
