מלון מפואר, במיקום מעולה. ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת. צוות חייכן ונעים, שנותן מענה לכל בקשה.
לוקח זמן להבין את מערכת המתגים בחדר, מומלץ להכין דף הסבר, עם כל הסמלים והייצוג שלהם.

Это мой самый любимый отель в Софии! Останавливаюсь только в нем. Я часто приезжаю по делам и пробовала и другие отели 5*, но Балкан лучший по расположению, цене и качеству. Обожаю завтраки с видом на храм Св. Неделя. А еще отдельная благодарность Анастасии, русскоговорящему сотруднику отеля, такого радушного приема я нигде не встречала, как будто приехала к давним знакомым! Это все очень приятно!

2 יתרונות : 1. קירבה -לכל מקום ניתן להגיע ברגל. 2. אנסטסיה מנהלת הקבלה. בגדול לא ממליצה על המלון.
צוות הקבלה היה בסדר גמור. במיוחד המנהלת אנסטסיה שהייתה אדיבה מקצועית והשתדלה שנהייה מרוצים. אנסטסיה מחזיקה את כל המלון.
היינו שלוש בנות משפחה . הזמנו שני חדרים. 1. חדר הטווין שהזמנו עבור שתיים היה קטנטן. ללא ארון לתליית בגדים או מגירות (היה רק מוט קטן חיצוני על הקיר במבואה לתלייה) מברשת השירותים הייתה מטונפת. באמצע הלילה המראה הקוסמטית שהייתה תלויה על הקיר, באמבטיה, נפלה ונעקרה ממקומה. בבוקר החליפו לנו לחדר דומה מאד. גם שם המראה הייתה תלויה על בלימה והשתדלנו שלא להשתמש או לנגוע בה. 2. חדר הקינג עבור אדם אחד היה גדול מאד אך גם הוא ללא ארון לתליית בגדים או מגירות אחסון. השולחן היה מלא כתמים מכוסות שתייה ובקבוקים. ביום הראשון לא החליפו מגבות והיה צריך לצלצל לקבלה ולבקש שיחליפו.. בארוחת הבוקר בשעה 7:00 חלק מהלחמים היו ישנים וקשים . בהמשך הוחלפו לטריים.

La ubicacion
El servicio de limpieza de habitaciones. Eramos 3 y nos dejaban 2 toallas, la pedimos y ni aún asi nos dejaban las 3 toalllas. La cama no estaba bien hecha. La sábana no cubría el colchón. Solamente hicieron bien la cama un día, el resto tenía que rehacerla yo para dormir comoda. La cama supletoria un desastre.
