Exceptional host who wanted to help in whatever way possible. Very convenient location. Clean apartment. Easy self check-in was appreciated. Milk and snacks provided were great. Great value and would highly recommend.
Overall comfortable but AC was underpowered for the space (high outside daytime temperature was 23 degrees C during our stay) and began to click in the middle of the night (host said they'd promptly look into this). Cost paid on Booking.com doesn't include an extra fee to use the pull-out couch as a bed (10 Euros).

Fabrizio ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, super zuverlässig und nett. Er hat uns ganz viele Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Aktivitäten zukommen lassen und auch immer das Wetter und den Wochentag mitgedacht, sodass es für uns super entspannt war seinen Empfehlungen zu folgen. Diese waren ausnahmslos super! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und geräumig. Es gibt sehr viele nützliche Dinge zum Beispiel eine Kühltasche, einen Sonnenschirm und Strandtücher. Des Weitern ist auch das Badezimmer sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Fabrizio hat sogar Wasser, Kaffee, Milch und Lebensmittel zum Frühstück bereitgestellt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann zu Fuß alles mögliche erkunden. Außerdem gibt es tolle Restaurants und Cafés in der Nähe. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen und wir hatten eine super Zeit dort.
