  Cisto, uredno, prostrano. 4 balkona u apartmanu. Ljepa velika kuhinja, moderna kupaonica. Prostrani dnevni boravak i dvije udobne dvokrevetne sobe. Super lokacija, blizu svega, restorani, kafici, supermarket, atrakcije.

  I booked this property 6 hours before arrival. The apartment is in a great location, fairly renovated with a good amount of space.

  Mind you that the apartment is on the 5th with no elevator. The photos don’t actually show the current look of the apartment and just need an update. However, the state of some balconies and the door screen of the kitchen’s balcony need to be fixed. Although it was fairly clean, I found an old towel, probably from a previous guest, behind the bathroom door. Lucky for us, I used it as a curtain for the bathroom window, since the feeling of privacy there is non-existent. One morning I had to actively look for a clean mug to drink coffee from and that wasn’t fun.

  The fact that the apartment is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator made our staying very difficult!

  The location is very good.

  Fifth floor without elevator. The stairs lights were not working always. There was a cockroach waiting for us in the bathroom. Only one bedroom has Aircondition. The beds are not comfortable.

  Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage mit einigen Mankos

  Die Lage war ausgezeichnet und die Wohnung schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Mehrere Balkons mit (teilweise) schönen Ausblick.

  Leider war nicht ersichtlich, dass die Wohnung im 5. Stock ohne Aufzug ist. Ich bin schwanger und hatte aufgrund einer längeren Reise einen großen Koffer mit, den mir dann jemand anders hoch und runter tragen musste. Die Fenster/ Balkontüren ließen sich nicht richtig schließen und die Fliegengitter waren alle kaputt. Möbel teilweise kaputt oder schmutzig. Im Bad waren Haare und Müll von den Vorgängern und die Vorhänge schimmelig/ fleckig. Ein Schlafzimmer hat keine eigene Klimaanlage. Wir bekamen oft den Hausschlüssel nicht aus der Wohnungstür beim Ab-und Aufsperren. Es gibt eine Glocke/ Klingel, funktioniert aber nicht und man muss alle Stockwerke rauf und runter, wenn wer draußen ist. Vor der Tür gibt es aufgrund der Lage so gut wie nie Parkplätze, die 3 Parkhäuser um die Ecke sind nicht 24 Stunde besetzt!
