    Prestations indignes d'un hotel 5 etoiles

    L'emplacement était bien.

    Literie déplorable, chambre médiocre, odeur insupportable de moisissure et personnel lamentable. Les prestations sont indignes d’un hôtel de luxe, voire même d’un hôtel tout court. L’expérience était tellement insupportable que nous avons dû fuir dès la première nuit ! Un véritable scandale au vu du prix payé. À éviter absolument !

    Beautiful stay. highly recommend.

    Beautifully designed hotel. Amazing staff. So friendly and helpful. Really outstanding. Great location on the beach front. Lovely food. The heated pool in October. Even though it was still 28 degrees, the other pools were too cold for more than a quick dip.

    The kids club. When we bought my daughter and her friend a couple of times, there was no craft activity organised despite being advertised. Only colouring which is not craft. This was disapointing. The staff had plenty of time to organise a craft activity (there were no children at this time of year) and have something ready in case children turned up. We stopped going because of this.
