  Brilliant service with amazing facilities

  The service and level of care was outstanding. Had the unfortunate need to go to hospital in the night and the hotel (and hospital) staff went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and if I knew their names would thank them all personally. We missed the start of our tour and the hotel concierge organised a private car to travel 5 hours for us to catch the tour. First class service thank you

  Exceptional in every aspect.

  Truly exceptional. This is, without a doubt, the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. From the moment you step foot on the property, you are captivated by the absolutely breathtaking architecture and gardens. The hotel is a serene oasis that makes you forget you are just minutes away from the bustling city. My highlights: * Unparalleled Service: The level of service provided by the hotel staff is truly noteworthy and goes far beyond anything one could expect. Every single team member we encountered offered genuine, warm hospitality. *The Swimming Pool: The massive, free-form swimming pool is a spectacular centerpiece. It is an absolute dream and the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the temples. *The Lounge (club): Their exclusive lounge is of the highest standard imaginable. The dedicated staff there consistently went completely out of their way to anticipate our needs and ensure our stay was as pleasant and relaxing as possible. *Outstanding Value: When compared on an international scale, the value for money here is exceptional. You receive a world-class luxury experience that would easily cost significantly more in other global destinations. I can only regret that the standard rating system only allows me to give it five stars—this resort truly deserves so much more. I cannot recommend the Sofitel in Siem Reap highly enough!

  Great location, beautiful gardens and pool

  It was very quiet with few people staying at this time of year, which meant there were about 4 staff for every guest. Great service but sometimes it nice to be left alone

  施設が綺麗で快適なことはもちろん、スタッフのサービスが素晴らしかったです。フライト変更の連絡が来たものの詳細がわからず不安になった際は、エアラインに電話してくれて変更内容（10分出発時間の変更だった）を教えてくれました。 また朝早くのツアー出発で朝食時間に間に合わない人向けに用意してくれる朝食ボックスもコーヒーも美味しかったです。
