    very good

The hotel enjoys an excellent location, and the check‑in process was quick and smooth. Especially when I placed an order over the phone, the operator Dream was very proactive in giving me recommendations. It has been a very pleasant stay with fantastic service.

Fine hotel, but there may be significantly better options at the price point

    Large and well featured hotel

While the price is certainly very reasonable by western standards, we were expecting more from the brand. We thought there would be more of a wow-factor, whereas things were just passable. Breakfast was fine, staff were ok and concierge was helpful.

The entire hotel from the interior space to the staff services need a total make over in order to keep to the 5-star sta

Like the room size but everything in the old are old and worn out.

Nothing, the entire interior is dark and gloomy.
