    Very poor quality for 5 stars; stay elsewhere

    Not much

    The toilet in our room had faeces in it on arrival. The air conditioning is freezing and we were unable to turn it off The dooner on the bed was so old there was very little padding, no extra blanket was available

    Like a breath of fresh air. Can't wait to come back!

    We'd already stayed 2 places on our holiday, which were both upmarket but walking into our room was like a slice of heaven. My daughter (named Sofia so she loves that the name sounds like her name too) made me promise we're coming back for more nights as it's just so beautiful and comfortable and well-located. She spent ages in the pool and spa, which were great and the breakfast was amazing - for her. I'm gluten-free and was grateful for the dedicated area for that also.

    That our stay was only 1 night before an early morning flight.
