フィレンツェのど真ん中で泊った。
中心部から近い。夜景が良く、宿泊施設の前でワイン、ピザを食べながら夫婦でその日のこと、明日のことについて話しがでかきる。

Excellent location, friendly staff
Excellent location, just walk outside to Piazza Della Signora
Some of the things were not clean eg, kettle, looked very old. Breakfast was disappointing, just packet items, it was not what I was expecting.

Unfortunately, these accommodations weren't a good match for my family members.
(Family members stayed here.) The location is directly in the plaza, which is good and bad. Convenient location but VERY loud. Spacious room with a great view of the plaza.
Loud location, but that's not the accommodations fault. The "breakfast included" was perhaps more typical of an Italian breakfast, but it was mainly pre-packed carbs and coffee. If there was yogurt or cheese also, it was never offered. The beds were small and older. Oddly, a couple, minor personal items appeared to have gone missing from the room.

避雷！根本不是Hotel，就是个糟糕的家庭旅馆（Soggiorno）！货不对板：名为Torre，实为Soggiorno家庭旅馆，挂羊头卖狗肉冒充三星Hotel，虚假宣传！卫生极差：床底有垃圾，灰尘极厚，阳光一照满屋飞灰。没被子：只有薄床单，不给放毯子，晚上冻得睡不着。前台离谱：每天仅8:00-13:00开放，1点后入住极度不方便。（第一次来在酒店门口你会返现没有信号，很难联系）设施反人类：上楼爬漫长楼梯，电梯隐蔽难找。从9分掉到8分是有原因的，迟早更低。3星收费，0星体验，千万别定！

The location..
We needed lift access which they had but we were not advised that we would have to climb 30 stairs to get to the lift which is extremely difficult when 2 of our people have mobility issues. The air con was set to 26.7 in October and i was told that it couldn't be changed. The single beds and pillows were uncomfortable. When we booked we also did not at any time get told that the accomodation was a shared B&B..
