    so, so.... the pictures don't do justice for money value

    There was no security door or access control at the building entrance, and we simply wandered in.After discovering that we had opened the wrong bedroom occupied by others, with the code provided to us by Lorenzo, we immediately notified him. Instead of simply apologising that the codes for both rooms were the same, he became rude and put the phone down. He then arrived and rectified matters and we must admit, showered us with kindness and advice thereafter. The fact remains, security of access was a big risk. The installed fridge, did not work at all, despite complaining about it . Lorenzo kindly offered us a storage space and showed us how to access the coffee maker and gave us good sight seeing advice. No lift, so prepare to lug your luggage up steep stairs, to access your room.
