    Beautiful location, great cafe downstairs.

Not as clean as would expect (won’t go into the details) & perhaps a little overpriced.

    Superb in every way.

Elegant Historic building. Window right over the square but quiet. Every amenity including a small kitchenette. Gorgeous room, high quality bedding and bath. Wonderful in every way.

Overall very nice location, clean room. Just communication could improve.

Location was good, room was clean and a nice view of the piazza.

Communication around checking in could be better. No phone number to contact, only email. We had to ask around before being told to fetch keys at the other hotel.
