Location is the ONLY plus!
The location was great ~ But that was it. We were able to enjoy the surrounding areas and did like it being a first floor unit, without stairs.
All 3 bathrooms emitted a sewer type smell. I'm sure it must be the drains, as this was a 1st floor unit, but the pungent smell was OVERWHELMING, for all guests. The property itself is very dated, which we understand, but only 1 a/c in the main room and one portable unit in one of the 3 bedrooms wasn't enough to do any amount of cooling off the property. The beds were horrendous. We understand the age of the neighborhood and some things are tough to manage, but the beds are certainly something that can be improved. The rest of the interior is VERY odd, but this is probably due to the age. The smell was something that we couldn't overcome and felt the need to warn others.

Отличная квартира с удобным расположением. 3 полноценные спальни. Все необходимые атрибуты присутствуют ( стиралка, посудомойка, кофемашина, но ко всему нужны расходники!)

Die Lage ist optimal, gerade wenn ein Besuch der Biennale geplant ist. Ganz in der Nähe befinden sich auch nette Restaurants und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Die Einrichtung ist interessant, die Aufteilung der Zimmer mit den Bädern perfekt für eine Gruppenreise.
Die Matratzen sind sehr weich, aber ansonsten war alles gut.
