Great location, good room and value for money, room has Apple TV and Netflix as well
We specifically requested early checkin after an overnight flight and it was confirmed but upon arrival we’re told no vacancy. It was a big disappointment. Other than that it all went well

We absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
Extremely disappointing and disturbing experience. We checked in very late at night after our flight, only to be woken up around 6 a.m. by the fire alarm. There was a very strong smell of burning and smoke in the corridor, so we had to evacuate immediately using the stairs. The hotel staff provided almost no information or assistance and appeared to be panicking. Even more concerning, staff members used the elevator during the fire alarm to investigate the situation. We spent around 1.5 hours outside while several fire trucks arrived. We were eventually told that someone in the kitchen had forgotten to turn off a burner. But the worst part was what happened afterwards: our room was still filled with a strong, toxic smell of smoke and burning, making it impossible to stay there. We had to leave the hotel despite having had almost no sleep. I am also pregnant, which made the situation and exposure to the fumes particularly stressful and concerning. The hotel could not provide us with another room and offered absolutely no compensation or meaningful solution. Accidents can happen, but the lack of safety management, communication and customer care was unacceptable.

Not reliable at all.
After confirming my reservation, the property contacted me to say that they were unable to accommodate me. However, they did not cancel the reservation themselves and instead forced me to cancel it from my side.

Amazing and would recommend to anyone
Clean. Perfect location next to the main bars and places to eat in Yerevan. The customer service was top notch. Can communicate on WhatsApp and anything you need is sorted within 5-10 minutes. Sargis was very friendly and always there to help and replied to requests instantly. Comfy and huge bed. would definitely stay here again if returning to Yerevan.
