My reservation was for four rooms, and the payment was deducted a month before the scheduled date. I contacted the host because the website wasn't accurate and there were no photos of the building's exterior before my arrival. He told me I'd been moved to a three-room apartment. I reminded him that my reservation was for four rooms. He said the apartment was currently unavailable and that I could cancel my reservation if I didn't want it.
