A generally good stay with plenty of food and drink, communication and service could be better.
There was plenty of food and drink available. The selection was fairly basic, but generally good. Our room was cleaned every day, and we appreciated the housekeeping team’s efforts.
We weren’t lucky with the weather, which highlighted the limited indoor activities. The indoor pool’s heating wasn’t working, and although the manager told us it would be repaired, this didn’t happen during our stay. The condition of the carpets also affected the overall impression of cleanliness. This seemed to be a maintenance issue rather than a reflection of the cleaners’ work, as they cleaned our room daily. Clearer communication about the facilities and better follow-through from management would have improved our experience.
