Disappointing.
The location was perfect for the beach and the resort had several swimming pools to choose from, including an indoor pool. The palm trees and grounds surrounding the 3 adjoining hotels were lovely as was the view from our room. The hotels were all lovely and clean and the public areas were all freshly decorated with modern furnishings. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and professional as were all the members of housekeeping. The selection of food at the restaurants for both breakfast and evening meals was very adequate and the food was all well cooked and presented.
This 4 star hotel had everything you would expect from a 3 star hotel. There was nothing even remotely luxurious about any aspect. Even though we reserved a double room, our already cramped room had a second single bed in it leaving no room to walk around. The room itself was clean but dated and was also lacking in any basic facilities, not even a kettle which had to be rented for an additional payment. The bathroom was not the room advertised and had dated furniture and extremely thin towels. The provided toiletries were cheap and not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The restaurants and bars were OK although the furnishings were as soulless and unwelcoming as the staff who maintained them. One of the pools has a jacuzzi in a beautifully decorated room, however the jacuzzi only worked on one of the days we stayed. Having stayed in many 4 star hotels we can safely say this hotel is lacking in every possible way. We would not stay here again.

Já é a segunda vez que vimos para este hotel porque adoramos! É tudo perfeito: o quarto, a localização em frente à praia, as piscinas, os espaços dedicados para as crianças... O nosso filho de 2 anos adora os repuxos no kids club! Este ano pedimos meia-pensão e ficámos muito impressionados com a variedade e qualidade dos pratos à disposição. Ao almoço comíamos algo mais leve no bar da piscina e também gostámos muito. Devemos voltar para o ano que vem :)
A estadia e o estacionamento são um pouco caros, mas vale a pena
