    La colazione non era inclusa e la posizione era buona rispetto al paese e al lago in generale

    Abbiamo avuto un disguido con il ritiro delle chiavi dell'appartamento e non abbiamo ricevuto assistenza ne dal locatore ne dal numero di emergenza indicato. Solo la fortuna di aver incontrato la signora delle pulizie ci ha salvato.

    Perfect place to stay. Spacious, clean, well equipped. Reserved parking. Walking distance to the lake, which is amazing. I can highly recommend.

    Fabulous would love to return to this area.

    The apartment was great, it had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean with very comfy beds. Fabulous shower and AC in every room. Lovely balcony wrapping around the back of the apartment with views of village and hills. Nice lake views from bedroom windows. Lovely village, very quiet with well stocked supermarket nearby. Secure parking right outside the apartment entrance. Excellent recycling facilities. Comfortable sofa and tv streaming service. Great access for the Lake which was 5 minute drive down the hill or a nice walk. Nice children play park a stone's throw away too.

    We had requested a cot for our 3-month old baby, it wasn't in the apartment when we arrived. Had to contact Matteo who told us it was in the cellar! then had to go poking around in the cellar for it. Would have been nice to have it made up in the apartment on arrival. Also received no instruction on how to get into the apartment prior to arrival, had to call Matteo when we pulled up at the car park who then very kindly What's App'd it to us so that we could open the gate.

    Very good

    Very clean, modern and thought put into amenities. Noticed sustainable features like recycling and refills for soap dispensers.

    The apartment had not been prepared when we arrived. We had to go away for about 4 hours and come back. This was not a problem but it would have been nice if we were offered some kind of compensation.
