    The apartment it self was ok, and very quiet and good location, the pool area was very clean, and the residents were very friendly,

    There was only one teatowl for drying the cups and pans , the mattress on the bed was shocking and not enough bedclothes, for bed itself an there was no bed clothes for the sofa beds, the throws on the sofa beds weren't very clean , and there was no mop to wash the floors, and the pillows were shocking they were so flat.

    Kitchen was horrendous. Crockery was horrendous. No loungers for you to use by pool. Sofa bed cover was all ripped and the stuffing was coming out. Workmen, working in apartment directly above from 8.30 a.m- 5.30p.m everyday of our stay. No change for clean supply of towels or bedding. Wasn't very clean. Took all our complaints and pictures to the agent handling it, lady was not helpful at all. The manager hasn't replied back to me. We have always booked with yourselves for many years and never been disappointed. I feel we deserve some compensation for this holiday.
