  Ich würde das Apartment nicht nochmal buchen, weil die Betten nicht erholsam sind und weil ich Ines nie wieder begegnen

  Die positiven Aspekte sind: - die Lage und - die Sauberkeit der Wohnung. - eine Rolllade war kaputt, der Host Mugiel hat sehr schnell reagiert, das war super 👍

  Die Negativen Aspekte sind: - Ines (Host) ist sehr sehr unfreundlich , wir wurden noch nie so unfreundlich empfangen und - das Bett mit dem Schlafsofa war nicht vorbereitet und nach einem langen und anstrenden Reisetag mussten mussten wir das Bett selber machen. Bei 1800€ für 7 Tage hätte ich das eigentlich erwartet. - Die anderen zwei Doppelbetten sind sehr eng und furchtbar unbequem, es sind billige harte Matratzen, bei denen die Federn in der Matratze so weh tun, dass man mit Schmerzen aufwacht, anstatt sich in der Nacht zu erholen. - Die Bettwäsche ist alt und hat Flecken - es gibt kein zweites Bettwäsche-Set zum Wechseln oder extra Handtücher, obwohl wir für 7 Tage gebucht haben. - Das Zimmer mit dem Schlafsofa ist ein Durchgangszimmer, daher auch nicht besonders praktisch, wenn mehr als 4 Personen das Apartment mieten.

  Abundance of towels

  "Prime Beachfront Location: Sol & Sal Apartment in Portimão offers direct beachfront access with a private beach area. Guests enjoy stunning sea views and easy beachfront strolls." Directly taken from the ads for this property. There is NO private beach area. You are on top of Oakberry and a corner store in a condo. Check out time is 10am which is earlier than any other apartment or hotel. Unsafe balcony. It locks automatically when shut from the outside with no way to get back in. Not safe for kids. Elevator twice did not work, safety concern as the elevator stopped midway. Girl that handed the keys was extremely rude. Location is good if u want to be in the centre of tourists which means extremely loud. Two rooms had air con one bedroom did not, which made the nights very uncomfortable. Not best option for families with kids, but would be good for younger students are those looking for a louder location. Address provided is incorrect which shows on street view a different location. Hence causing issues finding the apartment. I asked for a landmark to identify but the lady wouldn't give one. Had she said it was located on top of oakberry would have saved a.lot time finding. Instead the address provided was more than a block away. Stove top did not work. Quality of the pans and knives were unusable. We opted to ewt yogurt and granola since kitchen amenities dodnt work. Ad said washer included but no soap. We stayed across 11 cities and each apartment we stayed st included appropriate # of soap pods for the length of stay. Also NO toilet paper. We had to find a grocery store and buy our own. If these issues arent something that would impact your stay then its a perfectly fine apartment.
