    Good for the location

    This place has an amazing location and facilities! The swimming pool and the restaurant here are both really great. Plus, it's just a short walk to all the main spots in the center of Pipa.

    The room was not completely clean. Although checkout is at noon, staff asked about my departure time. If the established time is noon, they should not press guests for their departure time. This makes guests feel unwelcome or unwanted. When we checked out and returned our keys, we asked if we could just hang out in the parking lot for an extra half hour so we could grab lunch at the hotel restaurant. They told us the restaurant is only for guests, and since we weren't guests anymore, we had to leave right away.
