    Disappointing

    Fantastic location, overall the house presents really well, clean and spacious.

    Unfortunately the overall maintenance of the property was really poor. The pool was visibly dirty, with the skimmer basket full of leaves and an old pool toys, the automated pool cleaner did not appear to be working. We were informed prior to our arrival that the air conditioning was not working at the property and fans where available which worked well considering it was a cooler weekend. The hot water system was not working, we had to have cold showers/baths as a plumber was not available to attend the property over the weekend. The cooker in the kitchen only had two ring hobs working. The property manager was notified of the hot water issues and tried to trouble shoot advice over a phone call and then proceeded to inform me that she is having a lot of issues with this property.

    Overall we had a great time at the house. It was well located and we enjoyed walks outdoors.

    Beautiful outlook and location. The pool was a bonus for the family.

    Juat a couple of minor things, (ie. BBQ not cleaned thoroughly ) which didn't detract from the overall positive experience . The house was spacious, light ,comfortable and nicely decorated.

    Excellent location, beds were very comfortable, upstairs bedroom was very luxurious.

    Location was outstanding, walking distance to central Mandurah along the estuary, lovely view of the park & waterways.

    The kitchen layout was awkward. Not enough tea towels for an 8 day stay.

    Luxury house in excellent location

    Good location walkable to the bridge. Pool was enjoyed by all of us. Quiet area

    This time of year it would be nice if the pool was heated
