  Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon, goede locatie.

  Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is echt geweldig. De locatie is super. De instructies van de host waren heel duidelijk. We hadden mazzel en konden op loopafstand gratis parkeren.

  De inrichting van het appartement is rommelig. Dat is jammer, want het is een mooi pand. De douche is mwah. We kregen het koffiezetapparaat niet aan de praat.

  Scorching hot nights in ant infested apartment

  The location and the balcony view are the only positive aspects of this accommodation unfortunately.

  Although it wasn't exactly filthy, the fact that everything is so old and in a state of disrepair makes it look impossible to clean. There was also a full blown ant infestation - see pictures. Another dealbreaker is the fact that there is no AC. The few reviews which mention it make it sound like not a big deal, but it was impossible to sleep in September weather. I can't even imagine what it's like during the summer months. There are two portable AC units, but they are so loud it's like sleeping next to a lawn mower and they aren't properly installed, so you have to stick the vent pipes out the open window so not only do they fall back in sometimes, but the cool air can also easily get out. The kitchen doesn't have its own window and relies on the adjacent bathroom for ventilation, but that window can only be slightly cracked open because the shower cabin is in the way. There's a noisy restaurant with live music downstairs, but that stops before 11PM so it didn't bother us, but it's worth mentioning if others are light sleepers. The place could be nice, but it needs a good renovation in order to be fit for receiving guests. Edit: the host contacted me on my private phone number and sent me pictures of our properly disposed trash, threatening me to post them online (screenshot attached). I have never had anything like this ever happen to me. This is definitely unacceptable behavior from a host and I will be reporting the harassment.

  La posizione ottimale per visitare la città, nell’appartamento c’erano tutti i beni di prima necessità, molto apprezzati i giochi per i bambini ed inoltre la cortesia dell’host ☺️🤩

  Apparentamento un po datato, erano presenti i climatizzatori portatili ma per utilizzarli dovevi tenere la finestra aperta e quindi entrava tutto il caldo 😓
