    Accoglienza, posizione della struttura e aria condizionata. Istruzioni precise e disponibilità del proprietario a rispondere ad eventuali dubbi e domande.

    Quasi totale mancanza di finestre, asciugamani e lenzuola pagati a parte rispetto al denaro versato alla prenotazione.

    Soggiorno rilassante

    Struttura completa di tutto ( lavatrice,asciugatrice, macchinetta del caffè, aspirapolvere e condizionatore) a pochi passi dal centro in una zona molto tranquilla. Gli asciugamani ed il kit biancheria si pagano a parte ed il proprietario è super disponibile a fornire supporto ed informazioni. Ci siamo trovati bene una vacanza tranquilla senza nessun pensiero

    Nice location, but overshadowed by unexpected fees and chores

    While the location of Sole e Mare is nice, our overall experience was unfortunately quite disappointing due to several management policies and maintenance issues that significantly detracted from our stay. ​Unexpected Extra Fees: We were surprised to find out that bed linens and towels require an additional charge. While we understand properties have different operational models, basic essentials like these should ideally be included in the standard price to ensure a seamless and welcoming arrival. ​Kitchen Maintenance: There was no hot water available in the kitchen sink. This turned a simple task like washing dishes into a frustrating and time-consuming daily chore, which is not what you want to deal with while on vacation. ​Unreasonable Checkout Requests: The tipping point for us occurred on our final day. The owner requested that we personally haul our garbage to a recycling center located 650 meters away from the apartment. While we completely support eco-friendly initiatives and recycling, outsourcing basic property maintenance and waste disposal to departing guests—especially over that distance—is a bit much to ask. ​We truly wanted to love this place given its wonderful setting, and we understand that running a rental property requires a lot of effort. However, given the lack of standard amenities and the inconvenient expectations placed on guests, we unfortunately cannot recommend this apartment in its current state.
