    Wonderful stay and exceptional hospitality! We had a fantastic stay at Soleil Hotel in Hanoi! The room was beautiful and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool and facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. A particularly lovely touch was the thoughtful gift at check-out: samples of Vietnamese salted coffee to share with our family back home. Such a kind gesture that made our experience even more special! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended!

    Lovely staff, great location

    Loved the location, close to cafes, restaurants, train street

    The rooms were a little small, and needed a chair rather than eating on the bed or trying to write

    A fantastic stay in Hanoi!

    The location, property and staff are exceptional! Considering the hotel is in the centre of Hanoi, the rooms are well soundproofed and we had great night sleeps. The breakfast was great and a fab way to start the day. The staff were also exceptional. From the moment we entered the hotel they were incredibly kind and helpful. Cara was an amazing member of staff and really made the stay special. Thank you so much!
