    Das Zimmer war nicht schlecht. Duschbereich ist nicht allzu modern aber funktionell.

    Das Frühstück lies zu wünschen übrig. Keine Milch, keine Butter...

    Spartano...

    Quartiere periferico, tranquillo, centro città raggiungibile in auto in 10'. Ha un bel cortile/portico, con barbecue, tavolo sedie e divanetti, ma difficilmente sfruttabile in inverno. Appartamento pulito.

    Climatizzatore solo in camera da letto, gli altri ambienti erano freddi, con grosso spiffero sotto la porta di entrata. Assenza di wi-fi. Poca attenzione ai particolari: nessuna gruccia nell'armadio, colazione "faidate" un pò misera. Rapporto qualità/prezzo un pò alto, stante l'ubicazione e i servizi offerti.

    Come stare a casa...

    Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura altre volte e ritorniamo sempre volentieri. La casa è molto comoda e davvero accogliente, con tutti i servizi necessari, in zona periferica ma a pochi passi dal centro. Parcheggio e ingresso privato molto comodi. L'host Massimiliano è sempre molto disponibile e gentile, ci accoglie sempre con estrema cordialità. Ci offre spesso prodotti locali come vino, dolci ecc e a Natale ci fa trovare sempre il presepe con un piccolo albero. Tutto molto gradito e apprezzato!

    Ogni necessità o problema è stato prontamente risolto da Massimiliano, quindi nulla da dire!
