  Cały obiekt prezentował się dokładnie jak na zdjęciach. Świetna komunikacja z opiekunami obiektu.

  It’s was ok. Communication good but very impersonal. Very anxious about not being able to open the door from the inside

  Spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed. The air conditioning wasn’t working at 23:00 - someone responded and I fixed the problem so I was grateful for that.

  Unlocking the door to get into the apartment was impossible - I had to get someone else to do it every time. Opening the door to leave also impossible. If there has been a fire I would never have got out. My friend was able to do it with great difficulty, but I couldn’t do it at all. The bed had no top sheet. I asked for one but my request was ignored. I don’t think it’s reasonable to ask guests paying more that €100 a night to sleep on a bed with nothing to cover yourself. Facilities adequate but absolutely basic.

  We were disappointed. For over €900, the unit didn’t meet our expectations for a 6 night stay.

  Once on, the A/C units work pretty well and eventually cool the entire unit but it takes awhile. Good water pressure in shower. Great central location and the restaurant on the corner was delicious and convenient. There’s a drying rack on the terrace. Hosts were friendly.

  Overall, I wouldn’t recommend or stay there again. It’s not self check in. You need to provide 30min window of arrival and contact them when you arrive so they can remote buzz you into the unit the first time. They didn’t do us the courtesy of turning on the A/C prior to arriving as any good host would have on a 100F day and we arrived exactly when we estimated. We reserved 2 beds, but they only made up one. We had to find the linens downstairs in the dark storage area & make it ourselves, in the heat. They only provide sheets, no blankets. One A/C unit stopped working twice in the middle of the night and the breaker blew for both one day which we had to reset. The light above the apartment entrance flickers, and there’s no working light in the stairwell up to the unit. There were ants. The gas stovetop needs a lighter or match to use, which wasn’t provided. We ended up buying a lighter. There was broken glass on the floor and it wasn’t very clean. No living room existed even though it’s listed in the unit description. The satellite tv which is only in 1 bedroom didn’t work, just a blue no-info screen and yes, it was plugged in. My questions about the living room and tv were ignored, but other concerns were answered quickly through WhatsApp. No place to hang clothing in upstairs bedroom, but downstairs room had some hangers. Furniture was cheap. Parking on the street was easy but cost 1€/hr and the app didn’t work for either of us. Terrace umbrella was broken. The trash schedule is confusing and Palermo is filthy. Loads of trash everywhere. As with any metro area it is loud and smelly.
