    We stayed for just one night to break up a long journey from Cornwall to Newcastle. The property was lovely and clean in

    Terrible & dirty accommodation

    Good location near racecourse & there’s a park nearby on the neighbourhood

    Splash stains all over the toilet wall & floor, cupboard full of dirty towels and cleaning products which my 2 year old kept getting into, greasy splash stains all over kitchen cupboards, very small and dark in there we didn’t end up staying either of the nights as it was so dirty and not fit for purpose for my little boy. Did not want any of us staying in those beds that had also probably not been changed and god knows what else. Also had a ring doorbell which was weird as they’re watching us going in & out. Electrics where all hanging out of the wall too which was dangerous. Very disappointed as the photos on here make it look beautiful when it needs a massive do up and deep clean.

    Clean & convenient

    Convenient location near a main road but in a quiet area. No garden but there’s a nice big grassy area right next to it including a play park. It’s by the river but it’s all fenced off, which is a good thing as there’s quite dense foliage along the river bank so it keeps kids and dogs safe. There was plenty parking, an outdoor shopping mall just along the road, 2 drive thru coffee shops within half a mile and while most things are probably a drive away, there is a pub about 10 minutes walk away and it’s dog friendly.

    Personal preference, the mattresses were very soft, but wouldn’t stop us booking again.
