    Nos gustó nuestra habitación, cama muy cómoda, espacios amplios, tenía cocineta y comedor, parrilla y minibar. El último día pedí un extra en mi desayuno 2 huevitos revueltos, han sido los más caros que he comido en mi vida, si decides pedir un extra asegúrate preguntar el costo antes, para que ko te lleves sorpresas como nosotros.

    Nos vendieron paquetes turísticos con precio de extranjero, yo soy mexicana 😳

    I would definitely stay there again.

    The property was in an excellent location. A twenty minute walk to anywhere around the resort. The staff were excellent.

    The room I was in never got cool. The temperature never dropped below 80. I was able to get another room and the AC worked perfect.

    No cumplen con lo acordado .

    La atención del personal es buena, está cerca de la marina .

    Para empezar, al reservar con Booking se suponía que el traslado del aeropuerto hacia el hotel estaba incluído, al menos así venía en la reserva , cosa que no cumplieron , ni ustedes ni ellos por lo que tuve que rentar un auto, no deberían ofrecer algo que no está en sus manos cumplir, Al llegar nos asignaron una habitación de las peores en planta baja sin vista y con un pasillo hacia el bar por un lado que toda persona que pasaba por ahí podía ver hacia adentro de la habitación , y tuvimos que pasar dos noches ahí hasta que nos cambiaron a una con buenas vistas, el estacionamiento tiene unas goteras que mancharon el vidrio y la carrocería del coche . tuve que estarles insistiendo para que lo repararan durante 3 días, al final si quedó bien, los pisos son de piedra y a toda hora se escucha el ruido de las personas arrastrando sus maletas aún en noche y madrugada,
