    We had an awesome stay. They gave us a free upgrade and we were put up at the 36 th floor suite.

    The property is totally worth it. The staff speak English and are very courteous. The location is right next to a metro station and one gets amazing views of the river and the shanghai city skyline from the property. The services in hotel are all very nice , breakfast had vegetarian options as well. The staff at the reception were extremely nice and courteous.. they helped us with taxi bookings in English.
