    Wenn die Reinigung besser erfolgt wäre, gäbe es glatt 10 Punkte für dies tolle Appartment.

    Schöne Lage, geräumig und schön ausgestattet.

    Die Spülmaschine war nicht geleert und sauber, oberhalb der Betten gingen in 2 Zimmern dicke Staubansammlungen, ebenso im Bad/ Spiegel und Küche oberhalb des Ofens. Das sollte mit gereinigt werden, da nicht für Stauballergiker geeignet. Wir hatten dies bemängelt, bzgl. Der Spülmaschine haben wir eine Antwort erhalten, bzgl. Der Staubflocken nicht…

    Good stay but broken toilet flush lever

    Good location close to L station and 20 minutes walk to Willis Tower. Good facilities for our party of three.

    Generally clean but some harder to reach areas were dusty (e.g. dust and cobweb on the top of the lights above the eating area). Also the flush lever on the toilet was broken so we had to lift off the cistern lid and pull the lever arm to flush. This was mentioned on our first day but was not repaired despite being told it would be.
