    Sonder is the best.

The place was immaculate, beautiful and quiet. The area is a bit run down but the home itself is perfect. We didnt have to worry about anything like laundry, extra TP or anything at all. Loved our stay. And customer service is amazing.

    Ok at best.

On first glance the Sonder House is super nice but it doesn't take but a minute to see how beat up it is. Every square inch of the place had scuffs and dings. The sheets on one of the beds was laundered but had stains. I actually messaged about this (because gross) and by the time they offered to bring more sheets I was already off enjoying my trip, not satisfying in my opinion. The house isn't near anything so everything was an Uber ride away. The neighborhood felt nice enough though. The code on the door never worked on the first try but always eventually did. The kitchen was equipped but very sparse, we weren't able to actually cook there because of it. It hit the high points but was overall not good.
