    식수 없는 호텔

    공항 왕복 셔틀. 적당한 침대와 침구

    객실에 무료 식수 없음. 간이 판매대에도 식수 매진. 직원에게 문의하니 없다고만 하고 맘 (재고를 찾아보거나 대체재 설명 없음). 4층에 묵었는데 Ice vending machine 도 고장. 다른 층에 가서 얼음을 가져와서 녹을 때까지 기다려 마심.

    Corporate and management should be better supporting their excellent staff with cleaner facilities and a fully stocked k

    The Front Desk staff was just super great. I think her name was Ashley at check-in. She was super helpful and genuinely pleasant.

    The hot tub was filthy. I actually opted to stay at this hotel versus another one at the airport specifically because it had a hot tub and it was beyond filthy; very foamy and i could see debris in the foam and water. I also chose this hotel because I could get breakfast included and the restaurant didn’t have everything available on the menu. Again, the restaurant staff was stellar. They just didn’t have all the menu items offered. It’s also a bit disappointing that the breakfast voucher wouldn’t even cover all of the meals on the menu. There’s really no point in offering these accommodations when they can’t be utilized by the guests. I’ll be staying at a different hotel when I come back to Atlanta next year.
