Overall it was a good visit. The room was comfortable and a good use of space. Decent value
The property was nice. The staff was cordial. Unfortunately I had no maid service, I guess maybe I was supposed to ask for it. I’ve never had to ask for a room to be cleaned and supplies stocked, so I’m not sure if that’s how it works at this place. The room was nice, but I had my dog and paid extra for him so a first floor room would have been much better. The included breakfast was good.. not great.
The rooms close to mine were pretty loud with people partying late into the night. I’d have appreciated daily maid service, and at least clean towels daily. When I leave early in the day and get back after dinner, I’m not calling to have my room cleaned when I’m finally back and need to relax and rest after a long day out. A first floor room would have been appreciated and the front desk associate saw my dog so he knew he was older and stairs might be an issue. He could have asked.
