Un alojamiento acogedor, servicial y accesible
Todo el personal del hotel era muy atento y cuidadoso a todas nuestras necesidades y confort. El buffet era amplio y con mucha variedad para desayunar a tu gusto. Las camas eran super grandes y calentitas. Ademas, cada hora, tiene un vehículo que te traslada al aeropuerto (sin necesidad de tener que llamar a ningún taxi). En general, ha sido un lugar cómodo.

The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the train and bus stations. It’s only 15 minutes from Cusco Airport and a 12-minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Breakfast is served from 5 AM to 10 AM. In fact, it actually starts at 3 AM, but there are more options available from 5 AM onwards. This is perfect if you have an early morning tour, as you can still enjoy breakfast before heading out. And if you’re having a rest day, you can take your time and have breakfast until 10 AM. I think this is a very important detail when visiting Cusco, especially with all the early morning tours! The staff were extremely helpful with everything. After weeks of traveling, I finally found a hotel where the staff actually spoke good English! :)) The room service was excellent, and the food was delicious too.
