Worse stay ever, it would have been better to stay in my car. Not sure I will ever use booking.com again

The front desk people were amazing. They tried to make the stay better.

The pool has been broke for a year. Only reason i paid more per night is because of the pool. The restaurants has been close almost as long. The first room on second floor smelled like sewer. The second room on the fifth floor had no sheets, toilet paper or pillows. They finally started sending someone to the rooms so they could see. Finally room on the fourth floor and chicken bones in the ice machine room. Told the manager in morning comment was well cleaning staff will get it. She went back to filling the cereal bowls. Never even called the crew. They gave me a 25 credit for all the problems at the very little store that never got restock and then took the money out of the 50 dollar deposit i had to place even after paying in full. I could not cancel this and get a refund to stay anywhere else. Please take this location off your website
