    Deceptive pet practices

    Seemed fine, didn’t make it past the front desk due to pet size restrictions that were absolutely not in any fine print that I could find (or I wouldn’t have booked here) or that booking.com could find when they were attempting to help me. Ironically as well, they couldn’t make contact with the hotel, the hotel wouldn’t answer the phone. I stood at the desk with booking.com agent on speaker, phone did not ring. I requested the number to that exact phone, after having to get rather unprofessional, I was given the number and again waited, no phone ringing observed

    No willingness to solve a problem. Front desk dingbat just kept repeating himself over and over. No refund, call booking.com, no refund, no refund, call booking.com
